Products Liability
This can only be taken in conjunction with Public Liability. It covers your
legal liability to pay compensation for bodily injury, illness or disease
to third parties or loss or damage to their property caused by goods sold,
supplied, repaired, services, tested, altered, installed, processed or delivered
by or through you in connection with your business. The level of indemnity
will normally be in line with that provided for Public Liability, but will
be limited to such amount in any period of insurance.
It is in your own interest to ensure that your suppliers also have Product
Liability Insurance.
